It is home of so many small and medium scale industries. This city is producing milled rice, bricks, livestock feed, processed foods, hand knotted rugs cotton textiles and many more. Azita tells that although my city can be considered in poorest cities of Iran but the people of Zahedan are very intelligent and hardworking. Therefore the city is progressing well.
